Invite people into your workspace, assign each a role, and manage members from the Team settings — within your plan's seat limit.
Open the Team settings
Open your workspace settings and go to the Team section (labeled People). It lists everyone in the workspace with their name, email, role, join date, and last active date.
Send invites
- Click Invite People.
- In the Invite people to your team dialog, enter an Email and pick a role for each person.
- Click Add + to add another invitee row. Remove a row with its delete control.
- Click Invite to send. The button stays disabled until every row has an email.
Invitees appear in the People table with a pending status until they accept and join.
Roles
Each member is assigned one of four roles:
- Owner — the workspace owner. There is one owner per workspace.
- Admin — full management access.
- Editor — can build and edit projects.
- Member — limited access.
You can change a person's role from the Role dropdown in the People table.
Transferring ownership
Promoting someone to Owner transfers ownership of the workspace. Numio asks you to confirm; once transferred, your own role becomes Admin, and the change can only be undone by the new owner. Only the current owner can transfer ownership.
Removing a member
Use the remove control on a member's row to take them out of the workspace. The owner cannot be removed.
Seat limits
Your plan includes a fixed number of seats. As you add invitee rows, Numio counts current members plus pending invites against your seat allowance:
- When you reach the limit, the dialog shows Reached seat limit and the Add + button is disabled.
- If your workspace can't invite more people, attempting to invite prompts you to upgrade for more seats.
To bring on more people than your plan allows, add seats or upgrade your plan from the Billing settings.
Where to go next
- Set up workspace branding — apply your brand before teammates start building.
- Create your first calculator — give new members a project to learn from.
