Responses table and filtering

Updated 2026-06-22

The Responses tab lists every individual submission to your project in a sortable, filterable table. This article covers what each column means and how to narrow the list down with filters.

Opening the Responses table

In Analytics, click the Responses tab on the left. The table loads the most recent submissions first and pages through the rest as you scroll.

Columns

| Column | What it shows | |---|---| | Response Date | When the submission was recorded. Sortable. | | Link Name | The name of the share link the response came through, or "—" if the link has no name. | | Link Type | Embed if the response came from an embedded calculator, otherwise General. | | Version | The published version of the project that produced the response (its version name, or v<number>). Blank if no version is associated. | | Platform | The device platform the respondent used, when available. | | Location | A human-readable location derived from the respondent's IP address. | | Lead | The lead-form details captured with the response. This column only appears if the project has a lead form. |

The far-right column has a View response action (the open-in-new icon) on each row. See View an individual response — opening a single response requires a paid plan.

Sorting is available on Response Date. The other columns are display-only.

Filtering

Above the table is a row of filters. Set any combination, then click Apply to refresh the table. Click Clear to reset all filters back to "all".

  • From / To — a date range. Set one or both to bound the responses by date.
  • All links — filter to responses that came through a specific share link.
  • All versions — filter to a single published version of the project.
  • All types — filter by link type: Embed or Not embed.
  • All users — filter to responses associated with a specific user (the link owner / respondent).

The Apply and Clear buttons stay disabled until you change at least one filter. After you apply filters, the table reloads with only the matching responses.

Filters carry into export

Whatever filters you have applied are passed straight into the Export modal when you open it, so you can export exactly the slice you're looking at. See Export responses to CSV or Excel.
