Plans and feature gating

Updated 2026-06-22

This article covers Numio's plans — Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise — and which features each one unlocks.

Features are gated by your workspace's plan. When a feature isn't included in your plan, Numio shows an upgrade prompt instead of the control. Billing is per workspace, so the plan that matters is the one attached to the workspace you're working in.

The plans

| Plan | Who it's for | |---|---| | Starter | The entry plan. Build and publish calculators with the core blocks. | | Professional | Adds lead capture, collections, sharing and notification features, and the ability to remove the Numio watermark. | | Business | Everything in Professional, plus conditional and logic-based results. | | Enterprise | A custom plan. Includes Business-level features; arranged directly with Numio. |

Feature matrix

| Feature | Starter | Professional | Business | Enterprise | |---|---|---|---|---| | Build and publish calculators | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Lead Form block (capture contact info) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Project collections (organize the home view) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Tagged share links (per-link tracking) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Result notifications | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Remove the Numio watermark | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | View responses (response data in analytics) | — | Yes | Yes | Yes | | Conditional results | — | — | Yes | Yes | | Logic branching | — | — | Yes | Yes |

A dash means the feature is gated on that plan. Enterprise is a custom plan and is provisioned with Business-level features.

What gating looks like in the app

When you reach a gated control, Numio doesn't hide the idea — it shows where to upgrade:

  • Lead Form, conditional results, logic branching, notifications — the editor surfaces an upgrade prompt where the setting would be.
  • Remove watermark — the watermark toggle in project settings shows an Upgrade pill until your plan allows it.
  • Tagged share links — the share dialog shows an upgrade prompt next to the tagged-link option.
  • Collections — adding a collection on the workspace home prompts you to upgrade if your plan doesn't include them. See Project collections.
  • View responses — response data in analytics is available once your plan includes it.

Changing your plan

Plan changes happen on the Billing tab in workspace settings — see Billing, payment, and cancellation. Upgrading takes effect right away and unlocks the matching features for everyone in the workspace.

Notes

  • Because plans are per workspace, the same person can have different features in different workspaces.
  • Seats are billed separately from your plan — see Seats and team expansion.
