The Links tab lists every share link for a project alongside how many responses each one has driven. Use it to see which links are performing and to grab a link to copy. This article covers the columns and the copy action.
Opening the Links table
In Analytics, click the Links tab on the left. The table lists all share links for the project — both general share links and embed links — each as its own row. You can sort by any column.
Columns
| Column | What it shows | |---|---| | Link Owner | The person the link belongs to — the creator's name, or the associated user's name or email. | | Name | The link's name, or "-" if it hasn't been named. | | Type | Embed for embed links, General for standard share links. | | Responses | How many responses have come through this specific link. | | Last Response | When the most recent response through this link was recorded, or "—" if there are none yet. | | Created At | When the link was created. | | Link | A copy button for the link's URL — see below. |
Every column is sortable. Click a column header to sort by it; click again to reverse the order. Sorting by Responses is a quick way to find your highest-traffic links.
Copying a link
In the Link column, click the copy icon to copy that link's full URL to your clipboard. The URL points at the right destination automatically — embed links use the calculator embed path and general links use the share path, including the link's slug when it has one.
Paste the copied URL anywhere you want to distribute the link.
Reading the counts
The Responses and Last Response values are per-link. They add up to the project-wide total you see on the Summary tab. If a link shows zero responses, no one has completed a submission through it yet — even if the link has been opened.
To see the individual submissions behind a link's count, switch to the Responses tab and filter by that link.
