Result page call-to-action (Lead Form / Button / None)

Updated 2026-06-22

This article covers the call-to-action that appears on your calculator's results page — the three options (Lead Form, Button, and None), the redirect button URL, and the calculate button text.

The results-page call-to-action is what you ask the visitor to do after they see their result: hand over their contact details, click through to another page, or nothing at all.

Where to find it

  1. In the editor, open the Output view.
  2. Find the Call to Action panel and expand it.
  3. Use the dropdown to pick one of the three options below.

The calculate button

Separately from the call-to-action, the Submit Button text controls the label of the button visitors press to run the calculator (for example "Calculate"). Edit it in the Output view; it saves when you click out of the field. If you clear it, Numio keeps the previous value rather than leaving the button blank.

Lead Form

Shows a contact form on the results page and saves submissions as leads. This option is a Professional feature — on lower plans it's labeled Lead Form (Upgrade) and selecting it opens the upgrade prompt instead of enabling the form. See Plans and feature gating.

When enabled, you can configure:

  • CTA Button — the button label that opens the form.
  • Lead Form — the form headline and the Fields to collect: Name, Email, and Phone Number (all on by default).
  • Submit Button — the label on the form's submit button.
  • Notification destination — who gets emailed on submission. See Lead email notifications.
  • Response — the confirmation headline shown after submission, plus an optional Redirect Button with its own Redirect URL for sending the visitor onward after they submit.

Button

Shows a single button on the results page that links to a URL — no data is collected. Configure:

  • Button Label — the button text (for example "Learn more"). Defaults to "Learn more".
  • Button Link — the destination URL (for example https://url.com/).

Use this when you just want to drive clicks to a booking page, product page, or external form.

None

No call-to-action is shown. The visitor sees their results and nothing more. This is the default for new projects.
